POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently looking for a talented Project Manager / Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our Senior Interactive Art Director, as well as product, marketing, and project management teams, to design high-quality digital and print assets for a wide range of projects.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
As a multi-disciplined creative, you will act as the design lead on assigned projects, contributing creative ideas and strategic thinking while delivering exceptional design.
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions, providing creative research and developing inspiration boards and mock-ups.
- Collaborate closely with project leads and account managers to ensure designs meet clients’ needs.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and deliver projects.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results within specified timelines and budgets.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, making critical decisions to ensure project success.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to navigate changing project requirements and priorities.
- Leadership skills, inspiring and motivating project teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency.
LOCATION
This position is based in Ottawa, ON, Canada.
Salary will be based on experience.
